The exhibition space will be available in the Welcome Mixer - Coffee break area at the hotel Conference Center
(level 1).
Refreshments will be served in this area during coffee breaks, so a very high visibility for all exhibitors is guaranteed.

| The full price for exhibition space includes: one table, two chairs, electricity supply (220-240V, 50Hz),wireless internet connection and refreshments for one person during coffee breaks, as well as name on exhibition list. |

| Set up times and dismantle/ move-out information |
- Set up for exhibitors is scheduled for Saturday 9th July from 15:00 hrs
– 19:00 hrs & Sunday 10th July from 08:00 hrs until 11:00 hrs
|
- Dismantling is the last day of the conference, Friday 15th July, after the closing session
(13:00hrs).
|
- Registration for the conference starts on Sunday 10th July at 12 noon
and the opening ceremony starts at 18:00hrs in the evening on the same day.

| Shipping details for conference materials & stands |
| To avoid any errors or misunderstanding it is crucial that certain measures are taken to ensure safe delivery and acceptance of your company’s items at the conference venue. |
- Materials will only be accepted from
2nd - 9th July 2011.
|
- Bag inserts must state very clearly (BAG INSERTS) and this is only for the sponsors who have an agreement with MITOS S.A. for this type of support.
|
- An email or fax must be sent to Mr Karapetsas creta@maris.gr, informing him how and when the material was sent and when he can expect to receive it.
|
- All fees and taxes should be paid.
|
- The hotel has no responsibility for the state in which the material is received from the transport companies
|

web page, www.esoc2011.com and “create an account”. They must then proceed to registration where
they should click on the field that is relevant to them and continue to payment method.
